“He was always my number one choice designer”

Shear joy is what comes to mind when I think about working with Matt. Matt serves as an engine of motivation, inspiring the team to reach new creative levels in their projects.

While at Sears I had the pleasure to work with Matt on many occasions, and he was always my number one choice designer as we had the same vision for graphical perfection. Together, we were responsible for delivering signage and branding projects for Sears/Kmart test stores and overall brand collateral. In turn, has shown Sears Holding Corporation success. He is amazing at taking criticism to help build his design capabilities, and I know what ever I would throw his way, it would come back perfect with a lot of thought put behind the project.

I am glad to have had the opportunity to work together with Matt and I strongly recommend him to any employer.
